Un omaggio alla tradizione, la Gallinella (ascoltata nella versione delle sorelle Pingitore, riprese da Alan Lomax il 5 agosto del 1954 presso Feroleto Antico, Catanzaro), e un omaggio alla forza delle Donne che non rinunciano al sogno

This is a tribute to the Italian southern traditional music. Canto Antico arranges this traditional tune focusing on the idea where women could be so strong to the point where they don’t give up their dreams; even if the spring fades.
The traditional tune is “La Gallinella” or “The little hen” recorded by Alan Lomax and performed by Pingitore Sisters in Feroleto Antico (Catanzaro, Italy) August 5, 1954.
